Dr. C and Elizabeth are excellent. However, some of the referrals, such as for sleep apnea are less then desirable and with providers without good reviews. I was told I would have a home study mailed to me, and that hasn't materialized, yet.

I've have been seeing Dr Mitchell Cohen since 2018, & trust him 100 percent! There isn't enough money that someone could hand me, for me to go to another Cardiologist! I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr Ibrahim and his staff. Some people don't enjoy going to their PCP for fear of unwanted news but I actually look forward to my visits and prefer to know the state of my health. Early intervention provides better chances for recovery. Thank you for your care and time.

We love visiting Dr Steiner. He ALWAYS knows what we need. To keep us going.. he keeps our heart ticking as well. We trust what he says always. We use what he recommends as well. Dr. Caraballo is great. He takes the time to listen and explain to me what I need to do and why I need to do it. He finds out what the underlying problem is and helps you find a solution. This doctor has helped me tremendously over the past year and a half and I would recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful experience all around! From the front desk girls, to the nurses, to Dr. Cohen himself. I have felt welcomed and listened to here, when these days, that seems to be a rare occurrence. Dr. Cohen is great!!! But his staff is horrible. They dont care about your health, especially if you have a balance.. I spoke to his staff today and they told me I had a $261.00 balance. I told them okay. whatever, dont know where the balance comes from and they told me I COLD NOT see the doctor until I paid the balance. Okay, here is my credit card number bill me for the balance and I will speak to your billing department at a later date . So when can I see Dr. Cohen, Who is my Cardiologist. Today is Thursday, July 24, 2025, I explained that due to my previous AFIB, Twice and my cardiac ablation, my blood pressure is extremely high and I think I might have a medical issue. They tried to schedule me for an appointment for next week, August 1, 2025. I told them thats not good, my heart is going crazy.. BP over 1790/133 consistently!! They did not care, said that is the soonest they could get me in. Understand I am not one to rush or even go to a doctor but not comfortable with my current heart rate. So I will monitor my situation and figure this out.. Cohens staff are not looking out for the welfare of the patients.. Be careful with this office.. If you can get past his idiotic staff and get to the doctor you will be good!!!

I have been seeing Dr Cohen since 2010! I can say that my appointments have all been professional and I am really taken care of. The staff is kind and friendly and I always feel that I receive the best medical advice from Dr Cohen!

Walked in the door for an appointment and immediately was greeted, asked about my day and how we were feeling. Offered a free sample after obtaining coupons. I didn't have to wait to go back to see the doctor, then he was so friendly, polite and answered all my questions so I understood what comes next. His chair side was so nice. Once it was time to check out, the entire staff and a couple doctors were so awesome. Had my laughing, enjoying being here and I can honestly say this is one of the best doctor appointment I've had in many, many years. I feel I am in great hands here.

I was going in and out of Afib from the age of 35 to 50, after a few cardioversions. I was referred to Dr Cohen. He told me to stop consulting Dr Google and let me fix you. 14 years after my Ablation, I am still in sinus rhythm. He is funny, down to earth and thorough.

Appointments are scheduled quickly and the wait time in the lobby is less than 10 minutes once I arrive. This is consistent. I highly recommend Dr.Steiner! He is incredibly attentive, ensuring all my concerns are addressed thoroughly. The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming, making each visit a positive experience.

I called on 7/1/24 to confirm my & my partner’s appointment for 7/3/24. The young lady confirmed, told me the would be $35, my partner no cost because he was getting his results from a previous visit. When we arrived today the receptionist said we both had to pay $65. I tried to tell what I was told. She was rude in her attitude. My partner paid, I didn’t. I canceled. The next patient had the same issue, he canceled and left. It is amazing, they lost 2 new patients. I really question the Doctor’s ability. If he can’t be on top of his office, I can’t see him. Really sad.

Dr Kherada is an exceptional doctor. He is patient, kind and I would recommend everyone to go see him if you are having heart issues.

Dr. Steiner is great. He always takes his patients in on time and never has you waiting by overbooking. He spends valuable time with you as a patient and reviews all your tests and discusses different alternatives if necessary. He is very accommodating and has called me with test results several times personally in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Very bad and unprofessional customer service!!! The doctor treated me like I was a waste of time, he even made fun of me on my last visit. He said to me from the office hallway "you are alive, there is nothing wrong with your heart" . He didn't enter the room and left the nurse who was not able to explain anything to me. I felt ignored. Every patient must be treated with respect and professionalism! After the visit, I still have the same symptoms and want a second opinion. I called the office requesting a copy of more detailed information of a cardiac monitor I had on for a week because the results they gave me only recorded a few seconds at 12 am each day. The lady answering the phone calls was very rude and just said "that is not possible because that is the only record we have". Hard to believe! there must be a computer checking your heart every second for a week. Unless they just wanted to take my money because I paid out of my pocket. She suddenly cut off my conversation and put me on hold for a long time without asking me. Then she answered again and did not apologize. Frustrated with the service I received, I requested for the office manager and according to her, the manager was not available. She said she will notify the manager and the manager will call me back. The Manager NEVER called me despite the many times I called asking why no one has called me back. I may not be an elderly but I am a human and I am concerned about my health. Think twice before going to this cardiologist, unless you need a heart transplant or are dying!!!

I moved to Florida 14 years ago and Dr. Steiner was recommended to me. What was extremely important was he is also a cardiologist and I have a heart condition that needs watching. He has always given me as much time I needed at every visit. I feel I am in good hands.

I met with Dr Kherada prior to my Cardiac Cath procedure. I was very nervous and had many questions. I also wanted to make sure that Dr Kherada had all the pertinent information necessary to perform the procedure. Dr Kherada was very attentive and assured me that all will be well.

Waited a long time. After my echo cardigram they put me in a waiting room next to the room it was taken because there was no available Dr. Steiner’s room. I sat there for a very long time and then went on my own down the hall and asked at the desk when one would be ready. There was an empty one and I was taken care of, immediately.

Felt very routine, a tad rushed, very efficient, all assistants new to me. More corporate than caring. Not happy that they're now charging a $20 "convenience fee" for the blood draw. I'm a Medicare patient on SS. Next time I'll go to Quest myself. I trust Dr Steiner but the entire procedure could feel more familial. The entire office seems old and dated, could use some paint and sprucing up. Happy to see addition of new practitioners in primary care and nephrology.

I was present for a stress test. I was told to bring snacks because it would take 4 hours. I must say that while it was long and did take 4 hours, it was a pleasant experience. All staff members were were very kind and polite. The wait time was not long at all. Every step of the process was explained as the time progressed. Dr Steiner was aware of all my medications, procedures, etc. This information he discussed in detail and future changes, effectiveness. He listened carefully to the concern that brought to the office. He explains Ned possible explanations that might have a relation to my concern. He listened carefully and a blood test followed. He also discusseedvmy yearly complete checkup do in a few months months. The results of my blood test may suggest possible steps to follow. He reviewed my daily prescribed medications and my compliance. The result was a clear, professional, patient sympathetic visit.
